Works
Published volumes of the studio's work
The work of The Gentleman Artist’s Studio is presented through a series of catalogues.
Each catalogue is conceived as a formal volume: a complete and ordered presentation of a defined body of work.
These are not selections or previews.
They constitute the work as it stands.
Form
The catalogue is the primary form through which the work is encountered.
It allows for sequence, structure, and continuity — elements that cannot be preserved through isolated images.
Each volume is composed with attention to pacing, relationship between works, and the integrity of the whole.
Volume I
Portraits by
Cameron John Robbins
A body of portrait paintings establishing the technical and conceptual foundation of the studio’s work.
The works are presented as a unified sequence, emphasizing clarity of form and discipline of observation.
Volume II
Sculpture by
Cameron John Robbins
A body of sculptural work extending the studio’s concerns with form, presence, and permanence into three dimensions.
The catalogue documents the development of these works as a coherent body.
Continuity
The catalogue series will expand over time.
Each subsequent volume will document a new body of work, maintaining the same structure and level of consideration.
The series is cumulative.
Current Development
The catalogues reflect completed bodies of work.
Works currently in development, including large-scale projects, are presented separately.
Closing Statement
These volumes are not provisional records.
They are the formal presentation of the work.
